The left handed blessing

Which one is truly hell?
The pleasurable cover that one does not want to let go of for fear of looking deeper
OR beginning to get honest and taking a really good look at what one has collected? 
At least when one REALLY begins to**see** there is a greater chance of moving forward --- 
as the desire comes to get out and find freedom 
This is why suffering is a left handed blessing.
