No goal in mind

Shades of blossoms on the trees

falling 

falling

floating petals on the lilly pond

with the mossy rocks encircling

shadows dance across the waters

sun light filters through

dragon flies flit by, bees buzz

and a single butterfly...  

glorious sun warms the skin

very entertaining, this play of life...

sitting for many an hour

this bench is so inviting

how many have come and gone

i don't know

how long have i been here 

i don't know

but night is entering as the shadows are deepening

so night will be my view....
