Light of Lights

all the worlds transforming

an ordinary path to one of glory

this day is one to remember

blessed one that rises

without a trace of self interest

transforming many to one beauteous heart

flowing like a river

refreshing to all that passes

this is a day of thanksgiving

as the fruits are enjoyed

and God is known as being all

nothing else is

O glorious light of compassion

like the life giving rays of the sun

by nourishing one, thou is nourishing all

and thou does not turn away from any

but gives and gives

A gift that is nothing

flowing from nothing and nowhere

living everywhere and at all times

a heart of joy knows this truth

Come love the self that laughs at all

and never sheds a single tear

only rejoices that grace is alive

The light is shedding

softly

whispering always and pulling one

towards itself
