infinite...

in this kali yuga era that is now 

the man that is in the world is very much pressed in with desires 

and attachments 

he does not understand that truth is what will set the soul free 

he goes about like one with blinders on and does not 

look beyond the mind that pushes him about 

and imagines scenarios that are not real in the way of what 

is truly happening in this moment ...

how very wearisome to the soul...

yet the man in shadow does not know the difference much of the time 

he feels this shadow land is all there is ...

that this body is the self and the world is the main existence...

this is called living in the physical realm that is not of spirit 

this is called darkness, for inside that which is of heart and pure life 

goes unrecognized due to continuously grasping at the false (the transient)

this is called ignorance ...

which does not mean the man is stupid or dull or ill...

it simply means he is unaware of the true nature within that is eternal...

and believes himself to be of a different nature that is physical...

has a birth and death and all of that ...

which brings about suffering ...

the man that is to be free of this condition begins to look deeply and question

what is mind? what is this world? what is the reality behind all this?
he does not let go of the search until mind dies

and stillness is what is primary...

he also sinks into the heart and follows the pointing of his Guru...

this is what a man that is within duality can put energy into ...

it is what will eventually break the patterns of circular thought that create a 

finite feeling to existence...

the man of birth is to be freed if he chooses ...

he can be free by surrendering to the light and love and wisdom of grace 

he does not *haveto* suffer ... this is not what God has put on the soul by any means ..

yet if he is determined to be bound, so he will be ...

if he is to put sincere efforts into being free, so he will be (in time)...

what a blessing that this potential (to move out of suffering) is present in every moment....

and so, friends of heart... continuing forward --step by step....
