how then will you come to 

rest in the SELF?

not by chasing the shadows

and trying to figure

out an experience

this is like attempting

to catch the 

winds in your fist

the only way to come

into the truth

is to be still

rest in the heart
imbibe in the wisdom
of the masters
there is no other
