the ones that listened..

a man came today as himself

he said he was a true one

and not tainted by this or that

he said he walked as light 

and held nothing as separate

he said he was not imprisoned 

by mind

or anything at all

he said he was simple 

and showed the way out..

the ones who listened were the most 

generous of heart

and did not lay their false realities on 

what was being said

but imbibed in this simplicity

that spoke to their hearts 

in a most honest way

they lived well these ones

that listened and followed

so much more well than if 

they ignored what was said
