so do you feel this dream loosening?
this evening
the mind is still
and the flow of life is here and now
so very full in its singing
and open in its breath
like a babe of knowledge
fresh and brand new
not weighed down by the story of other
and so very light as to sit free with no holdings
this is the true home of being
so clearly it is
and to be lifted into this rich way
is to settle yourself still and alert
in the experience that is present
not to wander away and hide here and there in thought
or desire
it is this desire that is to be your undoing and not to help you find
what is true...
desire for something that is not here
well how unwell in spirit this is?
so much of you is gone now that it cannot be brought back

like the time of youth and all that came with it...
so is this enough to make you struggle hard to find
what does stay
