always awake

what has brought the mind to burden
the soul?
it is that one believes in it
and feels it is what will awaken to the truth
it will not awaken to the truth
when this movement dies
then that which is always awake
is made manifest
but has this beauty that lives gone
anywhere?
no
as life could not be
without it

  1. Namaste - Thank you, Siddhananda Ji, ..was taught before that the mind expands. This only increased ego. Now I know that the movement that is mind has to stop,

  3. Namaste, It seams that human body is part of it all, Just like trees and grasses, flowers and animals. Only mind and a thought of identity makes it into a separate thing and clings to this one form. To sink mind into heart completely is to be dissolving into an ocean of just being. How beautiful, just being! So free and simple. Thank you for continual Grace. Deep appreciation here. OM

  5. Namaste Guru Siddhananda,

It seems to be difficult to come to the point of the one who believes in mind. Can see how it can easily take years to get to that point. Thank you for ever pointing to that which is beyond mind.

  6. namaste, the energy of mind has been fed for lifetimes and does not clear away overnight by any means .. but the energy put into the practices will eventually catch up and clear it away (although this may take lifetime(s)).... om shanti
