Bring on night

Bring in night
and the dark that lies in it
the shadows will sit and wait like a taunting
yet do not keep yourself away
come into it with eyes and heart open

Step in with hands that do not grasp
and want to race back to your safe world
that you have created
and believe it holds a treasure
as this is what is not the way
it is not the journey to find yourself

You must step into the dark recesses
of your world and find it holds nothing
of power to harm
it holds nothing that can ring of truth
or lasts in the crossfire of Kali's sharp tongue
and weapons that will blast the whole thing
that haunts away

When you walk through and live it all as if
it is just a dream and not of substance
and clasp your hands to your heart
and keep your eyes on the light
then you will be walking away
from the world that holds nothing but dust
that blow with the winds of time

  2. Namaste, Thank you, it is beautiful :-) While meditating lately at times, feels like I stop breathing, like the body does not need it?? I get scared and retreive. But I wonder if in this writing here, you mean to go with it anyways, and not be scared?Trying not to think about it too much and analize it, but there seams to be changes that body does or goes through, that the mind gets latch on to, like how can you not breath?? :-) Thank you for all you give!!! Deep appreciation. Shanti OM
