Formless

Nameless and formless am I
fresh as the spring breeze
joyful as the bubbling brook
as open as the deep valley
as stable as the mountain
changeless and timeless am I
no arms can hold me
no doors can shut me out
no walls can contain me
I seek no home
for there is none
bare and open
vulnerable in fullness I am
The long storm has ground me
to nothing
and the dust has blown away
across the sea
across the land of coming and going
now life can play
in it's fullness
Come
be that which you have always been
thou will be as welcome
as the new dawn and
the fresh spring breeze
thou will find the open beauty
that the sages sing of
timeless and unchangeable
the jewel in the heart
This is the song of the love
that seeks no other
